I’m a Business Development/Inside Sales Account Manager with Noble Systems. My goal is to help companies make the most of every customer contact and who want to enhance the performance and management of their contact center and workforce. I work with my clients to understand their operation and more importantly, their pains – and then provide solutions to overcome these pains with software and technologies that will work on top of, or alongside, their existing telecommunications infrastructure. My clients are companies with outbound or inbound call teams (agents) who are doing their work over the phone. These companies realize improved results through increased productivity. They gain access to real-time analytics that enable them to manage their business more effectively, and to create more effective contact strategies that maximize agent resources by calling their customers at the best time to get the best result. I also assist my clients in managing regulatory compliance with solutions that address the many federal, state, and local laws that dictate when and how businesses and consumers can be contacted over the phone.
