Designing HVAC systems for various camp projects, Producing Bill of Materials, Producing Service BIM Models and associated fabrication drawings. Also involved with the production of redline record drawings (P&ID's & ISO's) for process services installation at the Dunga Oil Field project. Using Revit Architecture & MEP for services projects and CADWorx Plant for process oil projects.

Generate real world 3D MEP fabrication & installation models for all building services disciplines on multi-million dollar Laboratory project in Tengiz oilfields, Kazakhstan. • Project consisted of one laboratory main facility, one storage building, two number main plant facilities & adjoining external networks.• Provide full management of all engineering & coordination of services disciplines.• Provide full real world three dimensional models for the fabrication of all HVAC systems with the intention of using modern CAM service software to reduce manufacturing durations.• Liaise with the Client at a professional level reviewing and resolving site issues.• Instruct/Direct my team of local piping & HVAC engineers, site foremen and CAD operators on daily duties, scheduling and creation of site & Client required documentation.• Produce and review all engineering queries and chairing engineering meetings with site lead operatives and client engineering & site management teams.• Assist professional team in taking a proactive approach in resolving site engineering issues.• Oversee, mark up, review and approve all site shop/installation drawings produced by on site engineering team.• Liaise with on site management, superintendents, supervisors and foreman in all engineering aspects giving direction where necessary and incorporating experienced advice as and when required.• Participated openly in all available TCO HSE training programs and integrating joint HSE policies for the benefit of all staff where necessary.

My responsibilities included:• Provide full 3D architectural models for four buildings including large mansion house whilst coordinating all structural and design elements. • Provide fully coordinated BIM models for all service disciplines’ including HVAC, mechanical, electrical and public health services for all buildings.• Assist professional team in taking a proactive approach in resolving all site construction and engineering issues.• Liaise with site engineers and professional team via video conference to review 3D model walkthroughs, discussing solutions to coordination and fabrication issues.• Provide material take-offs for all equipment, pipework and HVAC services.• Interpret professional team P&ID’s to generate a standalone plant room 3D MEP model and drawing package.(All work packages carried out from home.)• Liaise with duct work manufacturers to QA/QC the fabrication of duct work in the United Kingdom before arranging shipment to Barbados. • Liaise with drawing end sheet production team to maintain standards in drawing documentation.

My responsibilities included:• Responsible for modeling and coordinating Staged design package for Process Exhaust Systems in Stainless Steel L416 throughout Mechanical Engineering Laboratories, further coordinate HVAC Systems, natural gas, laboratory gas, compressed air systems, process & laser cooling systems along with environmental heating, cooling & domestic water and waste services.• Carry out full systems surveys for the design & production of 2D & 3D working/shop drawings from Stage F tender.• Carry out full and extensive surveys of all legacy installed services to update Record 2D & 3D models for As Built Drawings.• Manage and review all shop and record drawings produced by on site CAD team.• Provide technical assistance and consultation to Site & Professional Teams.

My responsibilities included:• 3D MEP/BIM modelling and coordination of all services & architectural models for 22 apartments at one of four Pavilion’s in one of the world’s most prestigious apartment developments.• Liaise with Client & professional team on all aspects of the MEP services design.• Liaise with CAD Bureau on production of over 1500 drawings required for the project services installations.• Lead onsite modelling and drafting teams in the production of models and service installation drawings. • Carry through from design and co-ordinate with other trades all drawing requirements.• Review and mark-up all service drawings provided by CAD bureau for installation.• Review and mark-up all service 3D models and Drawing end sheets provided by on site CAD team.• Review and redline all as built models for CAD bureau to produce record drawing end sheets.• Provide technical assistance and consultation to Site & Professional Teams.• Consult and actively participate in all site engineering & construction meetings.
