International travel to support sales role includes China, Europe, S.A., N.A. and others. Budget development and management. Department Manager of Techmark's Approved Laboratory Program which included both domestic and international facilities. Manage day to day operations of our master lab in the United States. I also managed support of our lab partners located throughout North America as well as international locations. Support included SOP development, on site training and sales, trade meetings, lead generation, lead development, customer interactions, invoicing and expenses. Travel throughout North American as well as international travel to attend trade meetings and develop sales. I also help occasionally on project sites during our installation season to assist crews with equipment installation and service.

Member of the lab team processing potato samples for quality analysis. This is an Ag lab. I collected field samples, processed lab samples, acted as lead tech when the manager was not present. Responsibilities included setup, processing, clean up, sample analysis, SOP development, data input and management. Local travel. Work within a team to accomplish timely processing and data entry.
