I direct the strategy and implementation of all marketing, brand and communications activities for Norwich University’s growing suite of online degree programs and certificates, in support of achieving overall enrollment goals. As a member of the College of Graduate and Continuing Studies’ Senior Leadership Team, all marketing, advertising and branding initiatives, including related strategies, plans, budgets, tactics and reporting are executed by my team in close collaboration with our partners throughout the university.Specifically, I oversee all in-house lead-generation advertising campaigns, brand management and communication efforts including email marketing and communications, media buying strategies, web updates and optimizations, content planning and development, social media strategy, print collateral and 3rd party vendor relationship management.
