As an owner and member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Powers is responsible for the management and administration of all financial operations of the company including formulation and administration of corporate accounting, tax compliance and treasury functions, policies and procedures. He is also responsible for human resource matters and corporate risk management, including project safety, corporate insurance programs, oversight of management information systems. Mr. Powers has a detailed knowledge of project cost reporting systems and controls and has lead Donley's efforts to be a technology leader in the local construction marketplace. Mr. Powers also chairs the firm's Strategic Management Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors.
