• Purchase according to the requirements of the management system and manage assets by being aware of project requirements• Manage North American assets distribution• Manage Warehouse Inventory levels and stock ordering• Reduced and controlled expenses by improving resource allocation• Provide equipment forecast/reports• Perform supervisory activities, including employee safety, selection and development of employees, employee counseling and motivation.• Assist in the administration of the department budget and reporting the work performed within the department• Source and select suppliers of critical purchases while maintaining an approved supplier list• Resolve supplier nonconformity with the supplier and analyze supplier performance on an ongoing and as-needed basis• Apply appropriate controls on suppliers of critical purchases and negotiate costs of items and services while remaining cost effective• Arrange for maintenance and repair work on buildings and equipment• Manage the supply chain to assure prompt delivery for project sites

• Assigned, inspected, recorded, authorized and shipped examination kits as well as received, inspected and recorded incoming items• Notified appropriate personnel when special inspections were required or when items were received • Quarantined nonconforming items; handled and stored items in a safe manner• Maintained records of equipment and supplies for location, quantity, condition of assets and inventory, and distribute reports as needed• Maintained fleet inventory: clean, fueled and maintenance activities• Kept warehouse clean and organized• Performed customs and brokerage duties as required along with arranging inspections of critical items
