Through an equity lens focused on Southeast Los Angeles County, I am focused on developing and implementing impactful plans, projects, and programs to encourage mode shift to walking, bicycling, rolling, and transit and to improve safety for vulnerable road users. From active transportation plans and corridor studies, to complete streets plans, safe routes to school plans, downtown revitalization plans, and state and federal grant applications, I partner with cities, communities, stakeholders, and organizations to support the planning, development, and implementation of safe and comfortable mobility networks that accommodate people of all ages and abilities and support equitable outcomes for all.
