Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversaw civil works for the PHP 566 million Pampanga Delta Bridge project, connecting two municipalities in Pampanga.- Assisted the Project Engineer in supervising field operations and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.- Monitored daily site activities, maintained logs, and witnessed critical construction milestones.- Reviewed progress billings, variation orders, and project plans for accuracy and completeness.- Facilitated public consultations and coordinated with stakeholders, including LGUs, on Right-of-Way implementation and supplemental works.- Prepared clearance requests, accomplishment reports, site instructions, meeting minutes, and routine communications.- Coordinated with local government units and stakeholders to address project requirements.______________________________________________________________________________________________________________- Led preliminary Right-of-Way activities for the PHP 11.5 billion Priority Bridges Project.- Prepared documents for loan applications, NEDA approvals, and fund requests.- Drafted endorsements for LGUs and RDCs for loan processing.- Managed documentation and procurement for Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plans (LAPRAP).- Coordinated LAPRAP activities with LGUs, NHA, and MWSS on resettlement and utilities.- Led public consultations and prepared meeting minutes for stakeholder coordination.- Collaborated with consultants on surveys, land title data, and Right-of-Way Action Plan reviews.- Produced monthly reports, presentations, and visual materials.- Managed routine communications and supported supervisor-assigned tasks.______________________________________________________________________________________________________________- Validated bridge projects for identification, preparing back-to-office reports and coordinating with DPWH Regional Offices for further validation.
