During my time in the Sales role I was responsible for customer success and satisfaction with the TurboPass dashboard. I answered questions, collected feedback, and gave best practices for every dealership I trained. I was responsible for following up with the finance managers at dealerships and ensuring their experience with our tool was producing the results they anticipated. Additionally, I created a plethora of training videos to better assist dealers who didn't have time to have an on-the-phone training. That experience with video editing gave me the skills necessary to create a number of the promo videos for TurboPass.

During my time as a technology analyst I assisted our development team in Laravel and PHP projects. I also tested for quality assurance and created tutorial videos for car dealerships signed up for our program.
