At Dentistry on Purpose, Provide dentist the easiest, most successful and cost effective new patient lead solution in dentistry today. To date, we have identified more than 152,000 new patients for the dental practices we serve. Our team identifies new patients and growth opportunities for Dental practices in Texas & Louisiana. In March 2016, we launched our Discovery process that identifies new members added to the Medicaid Patient Rosters for Dentist. We provide contact information on new patients added to their roster. This gives our clients the ability to add patients weekly.

Responsible for all financial functions of 45 practice Dental Service Organization including information systems, budgeting / forecasting, financial statements, metrics & reporting, internal controls, cash management, payroll, audit, and tax. Actively participated de novo start-ups and 3 separate acquisition that added 16 locations. Primary focus was on providing dental care to lower income and underserved patient communities.Information System• Successfully migrated all dental offices to Dentrix Enterprise.• Integration of 14 office practice acquired August 2013• Rollout of a centralized digital x-ray platform over 45 office in 2 states that include digital panoramic and oral sensors.• Developed real time operational reporting to identify time-sensitive opportunities Operational• Successful transition & migration to Managed Care for Texas Medicaid• Developed Call Center to adapt to Medicaid Managed Care patient assignment. Generating 1,500+ appointments per month with a 46% show rate.• Established daily operational reports Financial• Completed $28.5 million financing between senior & mezzanine lenders.
