Provide clinical support and consultation to corporations and other organizations related to employee health issues, including health promotion and preventive medicine, medical plan and pharmacy benefit design, mental health support, vendor strategy and selection, occupational medicine, pandemic planning and COVID-19 response.

The collaborative (civic groups, educational institutions, local government), along with supporting experts and resources, will: 1) engage with/work with the diverse communities of Eastern Carteret County to define what resilience means to them, 2) develop a shared understanding of community resilience across geographic, racial, and social divides, and 3) implement a process for supporting community resilience through cross-community groups. Challenges to be addressed may include storm readiness, economic development and opportunity, access to mental health and addiction services, and others to be identified as part of the collaborative problem-solving process.

Our center offers services of counseling, research and high level collaboration with contract integrative medical practitioners for your success.Dr. Jeffs clinical focus has been on resiliency, somatic psychotherapy with a strong focus on the re-regulating the nervous system, burnout, and substance abuse. In recent years, he has worked primarily with CEO’s, executives, professors, physicians, lawyers, and professional athletes. He is a co-founder and CFO of NC Center for Resiliency, PLLC in Chapel Hill; a mental health company whose mission is the restoration of resiliency and coherence and to continually expand the reach of that work.In working with organizations, engagement can range from brief half-day seminars on organizational resiliency to 3-6 month long engagement processes that include assessment, planning, training, and follow up support. Individual and team resiliency coaching can also be supported throughout this process. Together, we identify ways to expand and deepen current resilience competencies and find opportunities to grow areas of resilience that are otherwise underutilized for the sustainability and success of an organization, its employees and partners, and those they serve.
