Closely monitor and review on Asia Pacific region monthly results, including monthly/quarterly operational results, analysis and commentary of variances to budget/forecast, prior year ,and any one-offs and unusual Manage closing process to meet all required timeliness and statutory and corporate requirementsPrepare and monitor strategic budget, annual budget, monthly forecast, measurement and ongoing financial analysis and management reportingIdentify and evaluate Risks & Opportunities and highlight it in monthly operating meeting deckSupport business team to quantify financial impact and modelling business caseCoorperate with country FP&A team, ensure efficient communication between region and countrySupport global corporate FP&A team ,report on time and accurately.

Responsible for overall China Sales financial supportBudgeting and management of trade spending Ensure Integrity of financial reporting including revenue recognition and accounts reconciliation, rebate and discount payment ,etc.Internal Control (SOX & Audit):review and update SOX documentations, closing gap from SOX testing or Audit if relating to sales& marketingReview and prioritization of investment in trade and in-store activities Regional/customer P/L other sales related financial supportAnalyze customer profitability

Responsible for analysing P&L, rolling forecasting monthly and variant analysisPerform month end closing processReview and maintain financial databaseAnalyse main driver of Gross profit movement Analyse expenditure of General expensePrepare operating reports, tracking reports and variant analysis reports to local and region managementGive full support to all departments of company
