Started my career as Technical Support Representative for ISPs both local and abroad. Moved to Daikin Airconditioning Philippines Inc. after four years as an IT Specialist and worked my way up to Supervisory level. For more than nine years with Daikin Philippines, the following are my major roles and accomplishments:* Streamlined the overall sales to delivery process from 3-4 days to 2-3 hours by customizing an open-source application (NextCloud) into an online platform/portal where certain employees and third-party logistics partners can securely upload and access data.* Worked in partnership with different departments within Sales Division in designing, testing, and deployment of Sales Project Listing and Quotation System.* Assigned as the Person-in-Charge in collaborating with different group affiliates within the South East Asian region, particularly on deployment, maintenance, and user acceptance test of different IT related projects.* Deployment and maintenance of internal network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and VLANs).* Administration and maintenance of in-house Servers (CCTV System, NAS, HRIS, NFS/SFTP, Samba).* User Account Administration for ERP Systems (MS Dynamics NAV 5.0, SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA).* Participates in the presentation of gathered data to management with regard to purchase and installation of hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment.* Constant review and development of company's IT Security Policies, compliance management, control and governance, in coordination with members of Legal and Compliance Department.* Working together with different affiliate members in accordance with Group Company IT Policies and Procedure.
