-Responsible for all cigarette machines such as feeder machine,Dust collector area,ripping machine,filter machine,maker machine,and packer machine.-Responsible for compressor and vacuum pump equipment.-Ensuring Proper maintenance of all machines and Equipment.-Conduct Pro-Activeworks on machines to lessen the downtime.-Initiating a new control device or sensor for better performance of machines.-Identifying the potential source of the problem and conduct maintenance asnecessary.

• Ensuring Proper maintenance of Electrical / Electronics control and instrumentation section of Filter cigarette making and packing equipment.• Executing calibration of instruments and sensors and other relevant equipment as necessary.• Initiating new control devices or execute PLC or electrical / electronic modifications on machines.• Identifying potential sources of problem, document and report conduct of maintenance.• Recommending Process and Equipment improvements and participate in its implementation.• Safeguarding and maintaining assigned tools

Facilities and Maintenance-Responsible in maintaining all facility and company equipment.-Support in Machine Trouble Shooting at Production Area as needed.-Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.-Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs-Responsible for the filling up of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual preventive maintenance checklist of all the machines and equipment-Ensures corrective actions are done in any case that problem arises on all facilities controlled equipment provide trouble analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions-Responsible in checking all fire protection equipment and emergency access.-Support any after hours building needs and activities as required.- Ensures safety evacuation of the employees should there be a need to leave the Building premises due to unforeseen circumstances.Safety Officer• Of assistance and in-charge in the absence of the appointed safety officer in all activities related to the promotion, implementation and monitoring of Company’s Occupational Health and Safety programs.• Responsible in planning, organizing, developing, implementing, controlling and promoting activities and programs of Occupational Health and Safety to ensure the safety of life and property within the organization.• Responsible for the enforcement, implementation and monitoring of rules and regulations governing Occupational Health and Safety in the Company.• Responsible in reprimanding those employees who consistently fails to observe and abide with the set Occupational Health and Safety Rules of the Company.• Promotes awareness of Occupational Health and Safety requirements throughout the organization.• Supervises and appraises accident investigations.
