Current Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues Configure, monitor, and support networks for wireless, routing, and switching issues. Responsible for overall network health, monitoring services, and network infrastructure collaborating with groups, like vendors and external teams; updating and patching backend systems including network equipment and physical/virtual servers ad hoc tasks including software upgrades, hardware refresh Traveling to sites to support the Data and VoIP network which includes wiring support. Analyze IT requirements and provide objective advice on the use of IT Networking. Speaking with ISP vendors to troubleshoot outages and issues with internet circuits for 50 locations. Collaborate with on-site resources, including system administrators, to plan and execute network upgrades, data center replacements, and suite replacements Manage network components such as switches, access switches, and Wi-Fi infrastructure across all locations Perform network configurations and maintenance tasks Manage network inventory.
