This Includes Canadian Tire Financial Services / Canadian Tire Bank / Canadian Tire Retail / Canadian Tire Petroleum / Canadian Tire Petroleum / Canadian Tire Online / PartSource / • Provide one stop shopping consulting and expertise across the Canadian Tire Enterprise • Responsible for managing the technology associated with logical access, intrusion detection, firewall management, security incident, SIEM, Active Directory, Identity Management, Remote VPN Access, Web Security, Cryptography/ key management, wireless technology, desktop/laptop, platform security, development and integration services, Mainframe ACF2 Services, lifecycle – Data Center Management• Responsible to liaison with Human resources on a number of sensitive matters• Managing audits internal / external• Security incident management supporting the Crisis Management framework at the Enterprise• Responsible for crafting career development plans including setting and approving yearly objectives along with succession planning (Leadership Resource Planning) in accordance with Human Resources practices within my organization.
