As a Cyberbacker, I am tasked with making drafts for rentals or sales of condominium units, data entry, database management, video editing, a little bit of social media management, and from time to time, contact tenants or landlords and look for handymen to repair appliances in the condominium units handled by my client, and much more. I utilize different tools such as Google Sheets, Drive, Docs, Canva, Compass, Sierra CRM, Trello, VSDC video editor and the like. As my client's VA, it is imperative that I am attentive to detail and that I finish tasks on time and without delay. I make sure to work on the tasks at hand as soon as it is given or sent to me. I also make sure to run all my tasks through my client first, asking clarificatory questions as needed in order to better execute and finish the tasks given to me.

As a GVA, I was tasked with texting clients reminders about their rent payments and also sending out forms and contracts to prospective clients.I was also tasked with sending out Notices to Remedy Breach which is sent only when a tenant has not paid their rent for a period of two consecutive weeks. During my tenure here, I used tools such as REST and FIlesmart to effectively carry out my tasks and to be able to easily communicate with and send out the contracts or notices to the tenants or clients. I am also knowledgeable in using monday.com as a database.
