Training Specialist
Current- Conducts training and development programs tailor-fitted to the needs of specific multinational clients.- Conducts full-cycle training initiatives involving Training Needs Analysis, identification of specific Training Agenda, Training Delivery, Evaluation and Continuous improvement initiatives, etc.- Evaluates and monitors the strengths and weaknesses of training initiatives conducted, through Post-Training Discussions- Conducts field training to assess operations quality; including live/active side by side observations, and post-activity coaching sessions- Collaborates with internal and external clients to ensure alignment on learning objectives
