CurrentWhile working as Director of Safety, Security and Emergency Management my job is to maintain enterprise resilience by integrating technology into regulatory requirements and industry standards within strategic vision of coastal healthcare system. In addition to this, I improve security and ensure better incident management by developing business cases for replacement, consolidation, and enhancement of physical security technologies. Moreover, I reduce crime and loss through environmental design by conducting security and emergency preparedness risk assessments. My main focus is on strengthening the healthcare system's response capabilities by representing our organization to external agencies and forming strategic partnerships. Further, I deploy required response resources, including planning and logistics of testing of nearly 25K individuals in two months’ period to guarantee organization's preparedness and effectiveness.Key Accomplishments: ► Fostered seamless integration of security in care team framework by leading cultural shift in security department and clinical teams.► Led successful drive through COVID-19 testing project, including efficiently testing 25K people in just six weeks.► Executed well planned hospital evacuations, mitigated potential damages, and ensured safety of all individuals by proactively managing and resolving crises, including floods, malware attacks, and hurricanes
