With expertise in managing political campaigns, field outreach, and legislative advocacy, I hold a documented record of successful campaign victories. I transformed my cumulative career into my own company in 2018. As Owner and Project Manager of Campaign Services LLC, I’ve directed high-quality print, mail, and direct voter contact campaigns for numerous political candidates and advocacy groups. I’m devoted to creating an inclusive and empowered work environment, which has resulted in nearly all of my employees choosing to continue in the field; some have even pursued government positions and managed campaigns on their own. As part of my commitment to diversity, over half of my candidates have been people of color and 70% of my team members have been women or people of color. During my career, I have effectively blocked, impeded, and resolved legislation and ordinances that were environmentally harmful or ethnically exclusionary. A few of my achievements include:- Texas Environment First: launched grassroots presence in under 2 months to combat law that would allow the disposal of toxic nuclear waste with almost no environmental controls. - Nueces Together: Executive Director for countywide non-profit during 2020 Decennial Census.- Campaign Services LLC: partnered with community advocates and lobbyists to increasesupport for addressing legislation at the state, federal, county, city, and school board level.
