As a Legal Assistant at Sobel Han I manage various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry, with precision and efficiency. I support the Landlord-Tenant practice by preparing, proofreading, electronically filing, and mailing documents, while ensuring legal compliance and confidentiality. I demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and am proficient in Google Suite and Outlook for task management and communications.

As a Summer Camp and Assistant Teacher at the Goddard School I assisted in implementing STEAM lessons and activities for classes of kids aged 4 to 6 years old and 7 to 13 years old. I also assisted in creating a healthy learning and play environment by ensuring children's safety was a number one priority and school rules were always followed. I frequently supervised students during outside play time where I was able to observe their social dynamics to better inform classroom management. Additionally, during the summer I would oversee a small group of students on field trips ensuring the 1:5 teacher to student ratio is always maintained. I also documented the students days with photos, videos, and notes on their meals and behavior for an end of the day report to their families.

As a student worker/intern at the Human Rights Institute I worked in both the art gallery and the office. During my time as an intern for the Human Rights Institute I was apart of a two person team that focused on registering students to vote and conversations about being civically engaged for the upcoming 2020 primary election. We planned and executed student-focused events to educate students about registering to vote, how to vote, their electoral choices, and the importance of voting. One of our efforts was a Valentine's day themed tabling event where students could vote for their “perfect match” candidate. Many of the students who had come across our table did not know about the plethora of candidates running in the primary and we were successfully able to educate them about their electoral choices. Additionally, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we became flexible and creative with our strategies to reach students at home while the University was closed by creating a series of videos; "Are You Registered To Vote", "How To Stay Civically Engaged In A Pandemic", and "Have You Done Your 2020 Census".My time in the art gallery was comprised of leading tours of the featured exhibits “Art as Witness” and “Tragedy and Tribute: Art Illuminates Ireland's Great Hunger”, which required a knowledgeable background and understanding of the history of human rights behind each exhibit. Along with leading tours I worked the front desk checking in visitors to grow the HRI mailing list as well as fulfilled opening and closing duties, e.g checking the condition of each art piece and turning off audio and visual equipment.

As a team member of the set-up crew I worked in a fast paced environment to ensure the proper arrangement and assembly of the cocktail and viennese hour. I also kept the event space, as well as our storage area, clean and organized. Working collaboratively I gained interpersonal skills and teamwork skills. Additionally, I was required to work on my feet for long periods of time as well as lift and move objects 50 pounds and heavier.
