February 2014, as Company Director, a direct management contract agreement was entered into with our holding company, as to the annual management of the hotel and that of the Hilton franchise.May 2015, competed an additional €1.25ml upgrade to the property with the addition of 6 new rooms, purpose built gym and new administrative and guest services.March 2017, awarded Leader of the Year for 2016 for Doubletree by Hilton - Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Responsible with the C.E.O. for the rebranding and repositioning of Lebua at State Tower formerly a Meritus Suites property as a 5 star hotel in the Bangkok market.Full review of Human Resources policies and facilitating an large recruitment drive for the hotel – employed 780 staff for this 358 bedroom property with 8 F&B outletsResponsible for daily operations including Housekeeping, Front Office, Security, Engineering and Sales & Marketing.Upgrading of service levels & product/amenities from those of a 3 star to a 5 star property including staff training, HOD recruitment, remuneration packages and benefits. Sales & Marketing involved running a team of 21 employees responsible for both local and overseas contracting, trade shows, offshore Sales offices in Australia, Germany and overseas travel to meet with suppliers..Annual turnover of $30ml split 40% rooms and 60% F&B.$5million partial refurbishment of the property including new restaurant, lobby and events space completed in 2006.
