Working as an operative as part of a small, Dynamic team across the two AD plants owned by Dyson Farming. My role involves being familiar with the SCADA operating system, daily loading of our hopper using a four wheel loading shovel, daily maintenance checks across the site as well as planned and unplanned maintenance. I utilise my communication skills and problem solving skills to ensure downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. I have previously worked Monday to Friday shifts with a 1 in 3 weeks on call rotor and currently work a 4on4off shift that involves 24hr on call responsibility whenever I am on shift.
