As a Quality Specialist, our primary role is to assess the quality of customer service provided by our advocates/agents and identify opportunities for improvement, turning them into strengths.Additionally, our focus as Quality Specialists includes process improvement, creating action plans based on the data we collect, coaching our agents, and presenting data. We also maintain strong relationships between the training and operations teams to ensure everyone is calibrated.
