As Head of Sales, I am responsible for coordinating a sales team, directing strategic sales and marketing plans and implementing sales and business development programs. I aim at building existing and new markets by performing a range of duties personally or through subordinates, some of which include;- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.- Monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities.- Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

Holding this position, I am responsible for driving the growth of the company by generating new business opportunities and engaging clients. Some of the key responsibilities and objectives include:1. Establishing relationships with local & global companies in Uganda2. Establishing meetings with current and potential clients.3. Create content for social media campaigns and manage Facebook, Twitter & Google+ news buzz about Everjobs.4. Daily customer support5. Developing & executing marketing strategies to increase visibility in Uganda

Here I was granted the awesome responsibility of coordinating with the central team to improve Kaymu's organic search results by creating and launching SEO campaigns, identifying areas of improvement, running PPC campaigns, and working to improve the ranking of the site in major search engines.

Responsibilities included reporting about the office to the Chief executive officer, assisting in the management of company operations, developing company marketing pitches, acquiring corporate clients and partners for company projects, assessing and following up on upcoming and ongoing company projects and partnerships.
