Together, we worked out a continuous improvement process using the DMAIC approach, to ensure and protect the best interests of the company, whilst making sure that the satisfaction of different business partners involved were met. Resulting in saving of over €65,000 in just a 6-month period with a lot more in soft savings.- Led successful changes in a very rigid environment resulting in 60% of savings on special flows of return logistics service costs.
