• End to end project delivery- project planning, scoping and budgeting through to completion. • Lead and co-ordinate project teams across Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe.• Development of project plans, user stories and product backlog in readiness for development. • Communicating, reporting and escalating to the various project stakeholders accordingly.• Tracking project performance in line with customer requirements to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. • Development of project documents such as standard procedures, manuals, project plans, risk log and other essential processes. • Project monitoring and evaluation to identify and resolve bottlenecks within the internal teams. • Merchant on-boarding and support on the Flocash payment system. • Spearhead and manage new products from development phase, piloting and ultimate market entry e.g. B2B project to enable non-IATA Travel Agents pay directly to Airlines. • Manage communication with key stakeholders to ensure all ae aligned and projects are completed within timelines. E.g. Financial Partners, MNOs and Merchants

• Undertake feasibility studies on proposed projects in line with company`s financing criteria.• Monitor project progress by tracking activities; identification and elimination of impediments; progress reporting; recommending actions.• Mobilize and manage resources for completion of projects. • Preparation of financial models and presentations for proposed investment projects. • Design project plans and requirements, setting project milestones, phases, project team and preparation of project budget.

 Handling the customer tickets on the day to day and availing first-linesupport. First-line detailing of company solutions and services to new customers. Serving as a liaison point between the customers and the variousdepartments. Setup of sandbox accounts for customers and support through thecustomer onboarding process. Online training to customers on specific products and services. Running system tests to troubleshoot issues reported by customers. Periodic reporting to management on customer support updates.
