Duties include: executing current operations and publishing all operations plans and orders; identify, coordinate, and allocate all training resources suck as ammunition, training areas, Army aviation, Air Force assets, and schools allocation; plan and coordinare all on and off-post field training exercises, including deployments to various installations both OCONUS and CONUS.

Responsible for leading, training, readiness, and caring for four paratroopers and $800,000 worth of government equipment. Ensures that personnel and equipment are combat ready to deploy worldwide within 18 hours of notification to provide combat logistics to 1-325 AIR in austere combat environments by means of parachute and air-land operations. Supervises the execution of the Battalions CMDP and CSDP, accounting for 72 storage locations, 10,000 pieces of reportable equipment, and over $150 million in government property.

Executive Officer of a 127-man Airborne Infantry Rifle Company; responsible for the training, professional development, moral, and general welfare of a 14-man headquarters section. Responsible for the coordination of combat support, maintenance, accountability, and combat readiness of over $15.5 million worth of government equipment. Implements, executes, and enforces policies and SOPs for the commander to ensure the unit can deploy anywhere in the world in 18 hours or less. Assumes responsibilityf or the company in the commander's absence.

Platoon Leader of an Airborne Heavy Weapons Platoon composed of two sections and 20 Paratroopers that are prepared to support worldwide contingency deployments. Responsible for the morale, welfare, and discipline for 20 Paratroopers as well as the maintenance and operability of all its equipment that totals $6,000,000.

Platoon Leader of a 36 Paratrooper Airborne Infantry Rifle Platoon with a mission to train, deploy on short notice, execute a parachute assault, conduct full spectrum operations, and accomplish the nation's objective. Deploys, leads, and controls three rifle squads and a weapons squad, responsible for the maintenance and accountability of $450,000 of government equipment. Plans, resources, executes, and evaluates realistic and challenging training to ensure the Platoon has the skills to survive, fight, and win in a complex environment.
