Sales Coordinator – Technical Chemical Laboratories•Providing quotations as soon as they are requested by the sales team, after doing a demonstration of our company’s goods or during the daily sales briefing. Making quotations for request from the clients through email/ fax/phone calls to the office.• Providing quotations from Kitchen contractors for Monika temperature monitoring systems when supplied with BOQ’s for upcoming projects. As we are the sole distributors of Monika temperature monitoring system in the Gulf Region.•Invoicing customers LPOs as soon as they are faxed / emailed and arrange for immediate delivery of goods ordered. Ensuring that invoicing is done in accordance with the prices quoted in the LPO’s.•Maintaining and updating the company’s customer database and records, the company’s customer relationship management system and website to ensure the company’s data regarding client•information, and image are consistent.• Preparing sales and administrative reports and confidential documents and agreements. Supporting and assisting whenever possible the sales team in attaining sales targets.•Communicating within the sales team to gather information useful for the management in research and planning. Observing, supervising and Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations based on sales analysis.

Responsible for setting up and ensuring the Customer Care Department is operational.• Act as the first point of contact of customers; project a professional image at all times face to face, telephone conversations and emails.• Consult with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about the company’s products and our after sales services, to take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or to obtain details ofcomplaints.• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
