Stand in General Manager for Express Lane convenience store's. Hired as consultant to revamp company's systems and metrics. Fire and hire employees as necessary. Determine the best growth strategy and create a 10 year plan.

Worked with healthcare provider to provide agile business intelligence to 250 facilities. Guided business leaders through the process of determining best way to start and implement BI initiative. Helped recruit and create the BI team (BICC). Worked with leaders to determine the metrics, with users to design dashboards, with IT to design data warehouse. Oversaw the developers that built the cube and dashboards and with the users in an agile process to roll out the dashboards to the users.

Helped company open new sales territories in 6 states. Helped to create strategic alliances and refferals, establish strategic accounts, and train new sales reps. Also worked on competitive product analysis and marketing.

As part of a strategy to innovate a new competitive advantage every 5 years, the company that I had been sales manager at for 8 years took on partners to create a new company that allowed them to add manufacturing and wholesale to their retail and service business. Our team analyzed competitors the industry, current customers to evaluate which products to add for both customer acceptance and profitability. Worked in China to choose the best suppliers and manufacturers for our new products.Launched marketing campaign to successfully introduce new products for both on-line and direct sales. After the three year project was completed we achieved a 28% growth in revenue.
