Beyond being a challenge worth testing my capabilities, which it does, I find fulfillment in providing strategic leadership that help teams to collaboratively scale seemingly impossible business conundrums. For example, I successfully turned around a business grappling with a COVID disruption in a fierce business environment by skillfully navigating teams through the uncertainty and creating an environment that fostered creativity. The huge problem at the time, turned out to be an opportunity for the business to reinvent and innovate new products. This is the soul of my leadership – creating opportunities in place of problems. By collaborating with Boards, investors, stakeholders, leadership and multifunctional teams and customers, I have gained the leadership art of creating a clear vision that unifies performance with drive and culture. This has been especially useful while leading teams from different countries/regions.
