Competent electrical engineer with vast experience in designing, sales/tendering, installation,commissioning and maintenance of Primary and Secondary Air/Gas Insulated Switchgear,prefabricated Substations, Transformers, LV distribution boards, motor control centers,automation systems and power factor correction banks.

• Develop and modify PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions; Programming of various manufacturer’s PLCs… Schneider Electric, Siemens• Installation, configuration, calibration and maintenance (quality control) of all measuring instruments (pressure, temperature, level, flow) and other equipment (valves etc)• Design and maintain Industrial Communication Systems utilizing wired and wireless technologies to support data acquisition and control.• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, testing and maintenance of variable frequency drives (VFD) including Schneider, Emerson, Siemens, Wolong models• Manage Pronto ERP data to ensure accurate equipment documentation (calibration/testing, maintenance plans (PM), backlogs etc.)• Provide technical support/training to technicians and operators on functional specifications for new and existing control systems.• Optimize electrical/process control hardware & software to maintain plant at high level of efficiency, safety, quality, etc.• Support and participate in the organization’s continual improvement program to conform to ISO 9001:2015 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives

• Evaluate Tender Specification and Develop Customer request into an offer by proposing solutions that comply with the Customer requirements in the most cost effective manner.• Monitor formal gate reviews approvals and collection of mandatory information to start tender work• Assist Account Manager (Sales) during technical and commercial clarification pertaining proposal with clients.• Prepare costing as per standard process and tools.• Prepare offer documentation consistent with validated data provided by sales team• Ensure the specifications of equipment meets with the customer’s requirements and needs;• Generate BOM and prepare proposal for submission.• Perform risk and opportunity analysis.• Acquire approval on any RFQ responses prior to submission as per Chart of Approval• Drive and help make decisions for issues that impact at a Tender Level.• Deliver a winning bid, with a clear scope with accurate technical and commercial commitments in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget that will result in a clearly defined and profitable contract.• Challenge contributions & deliverables to optimise the overall Schneider Offer, from SMEs, Application centers and other contributors. Build a synthesis of overall risks.• Get target price based on reasoning and simulate alternate scenario to reach it. Foster tendering teams convergence to reach common position of Offer content.• Prepare tender review (S2) presentation support and roll out S2 presentation, capture comments from authorized VPs/SMEs and amend offer accordingly• Follow the different stages of the CPP (Customer Project Process) Risks analysis, cash curve, offer review, tender submittal review during PSC (Project Steering Committee), escalation workflow for getting the final approval.• Contribute to quotation tools improvements with Tendering and IT leaders. Provide feedback on points of improvement and post-mortem analysis.
