As Manager of Platform Engineering at TTEC, I am responsible for the full life cycle of the enterprise virtualization, storage, and backup systems in support of the company’s strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. I manage two distinct teams: a Core Engineering team based out of the US and an offshore Sustainment team. My team is responsible for architecting and delivering infrastructure quickly, and in a supportable/standardized configuration. We are charged with monitoring and maintaining the Platform infrastructure to ensure as close to 100% up-time as possible. I have been successful in fulfilling these responsibilities during my tenure at the organization. Some of my recent accomplishments include:Played lead role in multiple data center migrations: co-lo to co-lo, co-lo to IaaS.Led team tasked with refreshing all storage arrays across the global enterprise. This effort reduced overall operating costs while simultaneously increasing both capacity and performance.Assisted with a recent major company acquisition. This involved architecting and implementing an entirely new hardware platform to support the additional system capacity and application needs.Restructured my team to provide a better service delivery model to fit the company’s changing needs.Successfully managed growth of virtualization and storage platforms over several years by leveraging scalable design, automation, and optimization.

I manage a team of highly seasoned Storage and Backup Engineers whose primary focus is ensuring 100% system up-time, and finding new ways to realize efficiencies through the use of cutting edge tools and automation.
