Business Analysis functions comprising of :- o Collecting user requirements, software requirement from clients or product owner. o Producing functional specification documents based on those requirements which are of sufficient quality to be accepted, transform requirement into tangible deliverable in the like of test cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams etc. o Liaising with clients and developers as needed to address any kind of defect and issue during development, breakdown specification in functional tasks. o Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. evaluate risk related to required changes. o Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. o Performing user acceptance testing. testing processes. o Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements and identify, reconcile errors in client data to ensure accurate business requirements and software that are functional o Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects involved in. o Documenting the work done and contributing to the development and documentation of the company methods and standards. o Conducting presentations and training sessions for external stakeholders as and when necessary. o Creation of quality user documentation e.g., user manuals, technical manuals etc. and ensuring that it remains current. o Evaluate current and newly designed solution for usability improvement, user interface and design recommendation.
