Regularly visiting over 20 Field Extension Network staff when working in the field in order to check on the quality of their work and confirm proper execution of work tasks.Interacting with sub-chiefs, village elders, and other community leaders and groups to secure support of and assistance with tree planting, growth and sales project.Monitoring and submitting weekly reports to the immediate supervisor on the Field Extension Network progress and deliverables.Organizing and training Field Officers and Facilitators in all required technical and behavioral job elements in order to successfully enroll and serve farmers, plant and maintain trees.Leading social marketing efforts in assigned locations (attending barazas, parent-school days, churches, etc.) to enhance farmer mobilization, recruitment and enrollment.Providing both onboarding training for new staff, annual refreshers for all staff, and just-in-time training throughout the tree planting season.
