Managing routes/destinations to ensure maximum result to meet overall profit objectives. Ensuring optimum recovery is achieved on guaranteed properties. Monitor competitor pricing and taking appropriate commercial actions to optimise Yield. Strong commercial approach to all aspects of this role.

Meeting guests at the airport and escorting them to their accomodation. Organising and hosting welocme meetings (sometimes up to 100 people).
