Since working this job I have risen to an assistant managerial role. I now manage inventory of store, including ice cream, coffee, drinks, snacks, and all food items in kitchen. I count and calculate all stock. I achieved my certification in food handling and can operate kitchen completely and properly. I operate the store, handle staff and work all daily operations when on owner on vacation. My input is valued by owner on changes to be made to business. I've made new suggestions on how to improve menu and what flavors to add, has added more than 3 original menu items to business. I also train and manage new staff members in standards of business, teach them everything needed to know in order to succeed and how everything is properly done. I have trained more than 6 new employees. I also work catering jobs and birthday parties, car show events and other events involving business with more than 200+ customers.

Center For Reading And Writing

I was trained to help fellow students with reading and writing assistant. I helped students develop their ideas and enhance their writing skills and guided them through reading assignments and improved their reading skills. I gave roadshow presentations around the school to promote the Center, as well as attended bi-weekly staff meetings that gave feedback on the job
