CTI Regional Freight• Transitioning to a new role in logistics and supply chain management as Operations Officer at CTI Regional Freight.• Collaborating with local linehaul operations, inter-company teams, and external stakeholders to deliver quality and competitive logistics solutions for a diverse clientele.• Engaged in a broad range of responsibilities, including job costing, invoicing, sales, regulatory compliance, and general logistics and supply chain solutions.• Committed to fostering positive outcomes by working closely with various depots and clients across Western Australia.

• Pick and pack orders, manage invoicing and quoting, and negotiate pricing to optimise profitability• Expertise in matching parts to specific vehicle models and ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment• Handling inward and outward freight operations to maintain efficient and cost effective logistics procedures • Liaise with clients, suppliers, couriers, transport service providers

• Managing all aspects of a tree lopping business• Main point of contact for all clients, staff and contractors• Sourcing customers both private and commercial • Recruitment, induction, training, and mobilisation /demobilisation of staff• Quoting, scheduling and completing work in a safe and timely manner• Maintenance and repairs to equipment, sourcing and liaising with contractors to meet deadlines• Rectifying any client issues• Raising purchase orders and invoicing• Operating trucks and other machinery• OHSE compliance
