I joined the company as a SeniorRecruitment consultant and have built a database of contacts and information acrossvarious industries, including healthcare, industrial, engineering, hospitality etc. Iprovide my clients with a 360-recruitment approach to the hiring process and manageall aspects of finding and hiring the right candidates. My goal is to ensure bothcandidate and client satisfaction.

I started with Nurseplus as a Recruitment Consultant at the Hastings branch. My roleincluded business development of existing clients and new clients, compliance,training, recruitment and establishment booking coordinating. In October 2023 I waspromoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant and was responsible for the establishmentteam. We achieved record new business and retention rates for the Hastings branch.Later I also provided support for the Eastbourne and Crawley branches, training theirstaff to ensure they could confidently fulfill their job roles.

As store manager of No1 Currency I managed a small team of currency specialists. The store became a top 10 location for Western Union transactions in the UK during my tenure.

Assisting the accounts team with administritve duties.

HH Global is a global marketing services group based in Sutton, Surrey. Initially I workedon small accounts. Later I was made responsible for customer service and productdelivery for one of HH Global’s largest accounts. I was responsible for project managingthe outsourcing of clients’ print media requirements. This entailed identifying andselecting the most appropriate suppliers, providing supplier briefs, negotiating costsand timescales for each job, managing the process from production through to deliveryand tracking supplier performance. In 2015, I was also given responsibility forcoordinating the management of the apprentice team members in the HH Globalapprenticeship scheme.
