HH Global is a global marketing services group based in Sutton, Surrey. Initially I workedon small accounts. Later I was made responsible for customer service and productdelivery for one of HH Global’s largest accounts. I was responsible for project managingthe outsourcing of clients’ print media requirements. This entailed identifying andselecting the most appropriate suppliers, providing supplier briefs, negotiating costsand timescales for each job, managing the process from production through to deliveryand tracking supplier performance. In 2015, I was also given responsibility forcoordinating the management of the apprentice team members in the HH Globalapprenticeship scheme.
