After being passionate about sport, science and exercise from a young age, I began to pursue a career in this industry from the age of 13 where I picked physical education as a GCSE. After achieving good grades in GCSEs I went on to college to further my studies in these areas. After excelling in sport and exercise science I chose to take this route into university. During this time I began to enjoy the gym and helping people to achieve their goals.After finishing 4 years at University where I completed an undergraduate and postgraduate degree, through COVID and remote teaching, my passion for strength and conditioning and sports coaching is the highest it has been so finding a job in this sector is one of my long term goals.MSc Strength and Conditioning and BSc Sport and Exercise Science. Through my time on these degrees not only has my knowledge in coaching, physiology and psychology improved, I have also gained life skills such as excel and people skills to improve my coaching.
