Success raising capital (>$500M in gross proceeds with two companies), including use of creative transaction structures and marketing strategies to minimize stockholder dilution. Success building lean-yet-scalable in-house legal teams who understand and embrace a company’s risk-tolerance; comfortable operating in companies with fewer than 50 to more than 1,500 employees. Demonstrated ability to operate in highly regulated business environments; strong understanding of drug development process and implications on business needs, capital requirements and timing, including overseeing Phase 3 clinical study at a publicly-traded biopharmaceutical company.
