1-Assisted the Deputy CEO & Group Treasurer with CIMB Group’s strategic financial planning, allocation of capital and liquidity across businesses and markets. 2-Developed and implemented high-impact capital management strategies in CIMB's 3-Provided expertise, support and guidance to EXCO pertaining to the Basel 3 regulatory capital adequacy framework and capital structure analysis and execution. Also responsible for overseeing the accurate provision of the bank’s regulatory capital ratios to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). 4-Provided appropriate information and documentation to enact effective asset/liability strategy and policy compliance. Provided regular reporting to and respond to analysis requests from EXCO5-Managed the monthly and yearly regulatory capital adequacy reconciliations and developed high quality ICAAP reports for regulatory BNM Basel 3 CAR Framework. 6-Designed and conducted rigorous forward-looking ICAAP stress tests to ensure adequate liquidity and regulatory capital at all times including maintaining, testing, and executing a contingency capital funding plans.7-Worked in consultation with Finance, Risk & Compliance teams to provide clear, accurate & timely guidance and strategic direction to Group EXCO on sustainable earnings management, capital structure optimal design and management, liquidity management, interest rate risk management, economic value of equity ROE targets and management of discretionary capital investment portfolios. 8-Responsible for all the aspects of DCM from origination, submission of documentation to obtaining regulatory approvals, sales pitch book presentations to marketing and sales.
