• As CFO/COO: Designing and delivering all fund, management company and portfolio company financial and operating activities for Adaptogen Capital and the Adaptogen Battery Storage Fund; • As Compliance Officer and MLRO: Creating and driving a sound compliance culture within Adaptogen including working with legal advisors and liaising with our external AIFM on fund documentation, producing compliance manuals and rigorous AML & KYC processes. The Fund was in the initial investment phase with total investor equity commitments of €2.2bn. Babcock & Brown Public Partnerships LimitedResponsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting for the Babcock & Brown Public Partnerships Limited, a fund listed on the London Stock Exchange with net assets of £410m. The Fund invested in public or social infrastructure assets developed through private finance initiative (‘PFI’) or public private partnership procurements (‘PPP’) in Canada, Australia, throughout Europe and the United Kingdom.

Australian Prime Property Fund (Sydney, Australia)Responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting for the Australian Prime Property portfolio of funds which comprised three wholesale (unlisted) sector specific property funds (Retail, Commercial and Industrial). The Fund’s net assets totalled A$3.4bn.Lend Lease Group Global Management Accountant (London, UK and Sydney, Australia)Responsible for the management and control of the Lend Lease Corporation global budget and forecasts including strategic scenario analysis. Initially based in London, UK; then transferred to Sydney, Australia.

Acquisition and vendor due-diligence assignments. Assignments included detailed analysis of financial models and key business profit drivers, sensitivity analysis, loan covenant testing and sale & purchase agreement dispute resolution.
