Responsible for handling vendor inquiries into the routing of our goods from over-seas to Canada and the US, special payment requests, LC payments and or issuance.Communicating with the buyers to assist with any Freight, duty, payment questions or concerns that may arise on a day to day basis.Creating, budgeting, and distribution of letters of credits to vendors throughout a majority of the divisions under the YM group of companies.Verifying and submitting documentation to customs brokers both in Canada and the US so that all cargo arriving has been cleared prior to receipt at the port and can be received in our warehouses.
