Benefits Administration Consultant
Current*Receive, clean, and process Ease implementation and build cases. This involves analyzing benefit information such as RFP’s, Summary of Benefits and Coverages, and enrollment kits in order to produce an Ease system setup that is to the producer and HR administrator’s specifications. *Educate producers and HR administrators on Ease functionality and capabilities, including but not limited to the following: troubleshoot eligibility and benefit issues on Ease; advise HR administrators on how to utilize Ease notification, onboarding, and reporting functionality; and communicate with producers and HR administrators on best practices for Ease implementation and open enrollment.*Establish online carrier connections between Ease and partner carriers such as Principal, Mutual of Omaha, Guardian, etc. This entails collecting pertinent policy information from the producer or HR administrator and liaising with Ease Customer Relations Managers in order to ensure timely and accurate data feeds. Train and educate producers and group administrators on how to utilize Ease as a benefits enrollment platform and how to utilize Ease reporting functions to audit bills, track enrollment changes such as Qualifying Life Events, send new hire letters, issue open enrollment notifications, etc.*Perform data entry and data audits in Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of revenues, Ease implementation turn around times, schedule consultation calls, and provide case updates.
