Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)- Provide solutions for North Asia & Americas customers mainly NTT, KDDI, Softbank, LG Dacom, SKBroadband, HGC, PCCW, PACNET, CHTI, NCIC, CU, CT, Epsilon, AT&T, Level 3, Global Crossing, Verizons

- Responsible in data management of Exxon database- Experience in obtaining database information through various system (ARMS & PMTS)- Reviewing & updating Knowledge Base (KB) for global sharing of information & processes - Active involvement in standardization of process & procedure- Propose automation for effective data management- Experience in providing training on Knowledge Base
