I am an Alert Military Police Officer committed to ensuring optimal safety with quick responses and implementation of preventive measures. One of the duties as a military police officer is to stand gates and checkpoints and scan and verify military identifications cards. As well as other forms of identifications such as passports, driver’s license and other federally produced identifications. I have also been a Gate NCO in charge of the gate making sure everyone is doing the job properly and checking identifications and keeping the base secure at all times. As military police our jobs intel standing gates and verifying identifications. As well as patrolling the base and high-level security areas. I am gifted with outstanding observational and communication skills. I am highly capable of using weapons safely and coordinating with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of all patrons. I have strong attention to detail with organized nature. I have superior work ethic with strong focus on safety and completing the task at hand. I am currently holding a secret clearance with the department of defense and have held it since March 2016. I am a seasoned military police officer and Sergeant of Marines bringing 4.2 years of experience with the United States Marine Corps. I have Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as de-escalation skills. I am an Observant Military Police Officer offering in-depth knowledge of security principles and procedures. I am able to quickly gather facts using effective, analytical and established investigatory methods and act appropriately on the facts acquired. I have been successful in cooperating with local law enforcement, to investigate incidents involving military personnel.
