- Manage (staff of 14) project control/business management activities including cost and schedule forecasting/reporting, headcount tracking, earned value updates, internal and external customer deliverables, and various proposal efforts.- Management and development of long range business plans, NCTA, Capital and other company assets while providing necessary resources for successful business development/execution.- Responsible for financial program execution, negotiation support, business projection forecasts, and proposal/program risk assessment.- Provide top-level cost guidance/direction as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present the business information to all levels of management

- Responsible for the Contracts Management of major air traffic control programs and proposals in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.- Active participant in proposal preparation, pricing, contract negotiations, contract implementation, performance and program/cost controls.- Monitor program progress and internal program internal program interface with customer community to resolve issues and concerns.
