Led and directed financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for three Dial Beauty Care business units (Personal Care, APDO, DMD) with sales of $700MM and EBIT of $125MM. Key role in strategic analysis and business development and member of the BU Management team focused on business analysis, financial reporting and working with General Manager on forward looking decisions. Corporate reporting for Beauty Care – including consolidation of results for US, Canada, Exports and Diversified Markets for both Dial Beauty Care exc APDO and APDO. Selected and developed staff of 3 Finance Managers and 4 Sr. Financial Analysts dedicated to achievement of the above objectives.
