Served as the senior Engineer Battalion Task Force Observer, Coach, Trainer (OCT) at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center responsible for providing tough, relevant and realistic training in designated Operating Environments. Responsible for the training, mentorship, and readiness of 44 officers, Non-commissioned Officers, and 30 tactical vehicles and other equipment valued over $3.2M. **Provided mentorship and feedback to the Polish 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade during Exercise Hussar 2013 in preparing them for deployment to Afghanistan.**Provided a realistic and challenging training environment to a Norwegian Police Advisory Team, a Bulgarian Military Advisory Team, and a German Military Advisory Team in preparation for their deployment to Afghanistan. **Provided mentorship, training feedback, and a realistic operational environment to a Germany Infantry Battalion preparing for their KFOR Operational Reserve Force (ORF) rotation. **Executed 13 successful Mil-2-Mil (M2M) training events directly building partner nation military capacity with Estonian, Lithuanian, and Latvian military units.
